Sh8bn loss on unpaid bills

The state owes the Medical Stores Department (MSD) over Sh70 billion in bills for medicines and other medical supplies.

>The Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar through its institutions, including the State House, owes the Zanzibar Electricity Corporation (Zeco) around Sh13.6 billion in unpaid bills.
