>Dar es Salaam city doesn’t have to be dirty. We only need to make a categorical resolution to that effect. For, let’s face it: Dar es Salaam City, affectionately referred to as “Haven of Peace†is the country’s commercial capital and hence, the quintessential gateway to Tanzania.
