Makamba tears into Lowassa, says he’s not fit to be president

Former Prime Minister Edward Lowassa’s wife, Regina, yesterday spoke publicly about the health of her husband, saying the Ukawa-backed Chadema presidential candidate was fine and fit to run for the highest office in the land.
