Aliyekuwa Mkurugenzi Mtendaji wa Kituo cha Uwekezaji Tanzania (TIC), Emmanuel Ole Naiko amesema hadi anatajwa kuwa miongoni mwa watu waliomegewa mamilioni ya shilingi yanayohusishwa na sakata la IPTL, hakuwa na taarifa kama akaunti yake katika Benki ya Mkombozi iliingiziwa Sh40.4 milioni.
