Nairobi WTO meet unable to cater for Africa Agenda
There was a sigh of relief when the 10th WTO Ministerial conference in Nairobi reached an $1.3 trillion Information Technology Agreement. The pact was agreed by a group of member countries who produce IT products and was not opposed by other WTO member states.
