WAZIRI Mkuu mstaafu, Frederick Sumaye, amesema endapo haki itatendeka kwenye Uchaguzi Mkuu wa mwaka huu, Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM) hakitashinda kwa sababu mwaka huu mizani haijalalia upande mmoja kama ilivyozoeleka.

Sumaye aliyasema hayo jana wakati akihojiwa moja kwa moja katika kipindi cha Funguka na Kituo cha Televisheni cha Azam, jijini Dar es Salaam.
